  • TalentLink – we support local organisations with candidate management via a best-of-breed applicant tracking system
  • Exec & Non-Exec Recruitment – we identify, target and secure diverse candidates from both within and outside of the region to build better teams. This service includes search, attraction, candidate care, assessment centre design and the use of psychometrics
  • Campaigns – we deliver local and regional campaigns to support our clients for example #WhitehalltoWestMids & #BeThe Future

Resourcing Advisor – up to £27,514 per annum

We are currently looking for two Resourcing Advisors to join our expanding team! One to support on the delivery of our varied resourcing projects, and the second to support with the growth of WMJobs.

We’re recruiting for both roles on a permanent or fixed term basis and will discuss preferences with candidates as part of the shortlisting process. We’re also open to candidates looking for a secondment opportunity if they’re employed by one of our local councils. These are full time posts but we’re flexible in terms of working hours with many of the team working condensed or part-time arrangements – if this would suit you we’d be happy to discuss.

We’re a flexible organisation that offers hybrid working allowing our team to work both at home and in our Willenhall office where we usually meet once a week.
